Practicing Formatting
Create an html
document that describes your summer vacation. Name it [yourname]_practice2.html
(example: adams_practice2.html)
Make sure it contains
the following formatting features:
- A block quote
- Emphasized
text
- Three different
heading levels
- A right-justified
paragraph
- An ordered
list (numbered)
- An unordered
(bulleted) list
- A definition
list
- A line of text
that is your favorite color and your favorite font (as long as your favorite
font is Times, Comic, Arial, or Verdana--see word's format feature for exact
name the machine is using)
- Copyright information
(include the symbol)
Save your file
every 10 minutes.
Now make sure it contains the following links:
- An internal
anchor and link to that target
- an e-mail link
to me (madams@wcu.edu)
- a link (using
a relative URL to your other page (from last Thursday)
- a link to your
favorite book on Amazon.com
- a link to an
image in another folder
